Get help for depression.

About 10 percent of people suffer from depression.
Common symptoms of depression include overwhelming
sadness; feelings of hopelessness; an
inability to concentrate; fatigue; changes in eating
or sleeping habits; loss of interest in activities once
enjoyed, including sex; persistent physical ailments
such as headaches, digestive disorders, and chronic
pain; and thoughts of death or suicide.
Depression is highly treatable. Talk with your health
care provider or your EAP if you have concerns. If
you have thoughts of death or suicide, seek help
immediately.
You can take a confidential depression screening test
at the National Mental Health Association Web site at
www.depressionscreening.org.
