Take some time off.

Time off helps you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. But many of us don’t take as much time off as we should. According to a national study published by the nonprofit Families and Work Institute, 25 percent of Americans feel so much pressure to work that they do not take all the vacation time they have earned. Working too hard takes a toll on your health, your work, and your personal relationships. Make time for activities that you enjoy. Make time for friends, family, and yourself.
